Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. To help us manage availability fairly and ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, the following cancellation policy applies. All cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing.
Cancellation Timeframes and Fees
If you cancel outside the notice period for your booking season, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees:
Cabin bookings – $50
Site bookings – $25
Required notice periods by season:
Low Season: at least 72 hours before arrival
Mid Season: at least 14 days before arrival
High Season: at least 30 days before arrival
If you cancel within the required notice period, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
Seasons:
LOW – May, June, August (excluding long weekends) and all other non-listed periods.
MID – February, March, April, July School Holidays, September, October, November (excluding long weekends).
HIGH – December/January School Holidays, Easter holidays, all long weekends, and the Christmas/New Year period.
Changes to Dates
One date change may be offered in the event this is required. Changes must be made before the cancellation window closes and are subject to availability and any seasonal rate differences.
No Shows and Early Departures
No refunds are provided for no shows or for any unused nights once checked in.
