Terms & Conditions
Risk Warning
The management wishes to warn occupants, guests and other persons who engage in any recreational activity, within the meaning of the Civil Liability Act 2002 in, or near the park, that pursuit of such activities may result in harm or personal injury. All persons who engage in a recreational activity do so at their own risk.
Check in / Check out and late arrivals
Check in: Cabins from 2:00 PM – tent & caravan sites from 12:00 PM.
Check out: By 10:00 AM. If you require a late check out, please speak with reception in advance. This is subject to availability and additional fees may apply. Please note, checking out after 10:00 AM without prior approval may incur a fee.
Arriving after 5:00 PM? Contact us before your arrival to arrange a late arrival pack. Full payment is required prior to arrival in this case.
Deposits
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required for direct bookings. Full payment is due on or before check in.
Christmas / New Years bookings have different terms, advised at time of booking.

Site Surcharge
For stays outside peak periods, powered site rates apply to two adults. Any extra guests over the age of five will incur a $10 per person, per night fee.
Cancellation Policy
To be eligible for a refund or credit, you must notify us in writing and provide at least 72 hours notice during low season, 14 days notice during mid season, and 28 days notice during high season prior to your arrival date.
No refunds / credits given to no shows.
If guests choose to leave their site or cabin early because of weather conditions, no refund will be provided.

Third Party Bookings
If you’ve booked through a third party website (eg. Booking.com, Expedia, Qantas, etc.), your reservation is managed by that company. This means we are unable to make any changes to your booking on our end. For any amendments, including date changes or cancellations, you’ll need to contact them directly. Whilst you are free to request a specific cabin number, please note that bookings from third-parties cannot be guaranteed as we prioritise direct booking requests.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at the property in accordance with local council regulations.
Assistance animals are permitted only when full certification and supporting documentation are provided to the holiday park at time of booking, and where assistance animals display their visual identification vests / tags whilst onsite.
Speed Limit
10 km/h within the park. Roads are shared, please drive carefully.
Electric bikes, electric scooters and hoverboards
E-bikes, e-scooters and hoverboards are not permitted in the park. If used, we reserve the right to confiscate these for the duration of your stay.
Swimming Pool / Spa
Please note these areas are NOT supervised. Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Noise
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm, with no further noise after 11pm, for the comfort of your fellow guests. There is a strict No Party Policy, unless prior arrangements have been made with management. No unregistered guests are permitted onsite after 10pm.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any cabins or buildings onsite, or any communal spaces such as the pool and spa complex or the children’s playground. Please be considerate of your fellow guests and any individual requests.
Please note that smoking inside cabins will incur a $200 deodorising charge.
Open Fires
Open fires, including charcoal and wood BBQs, are not permitted within our park.
Parking
We have a strict one car per powered site policy. Any extra cars must be parked outside the resort. Most cabins, except for our studio apartments and Tiny House, allow parking for two cars. If you have an additional vehicle, please register it with reception to receive an extra boomgate code.
For cars parked illegally, they may be towed at guest expense.
Minimum Night Stay
This applies during certain periods (eg. long weekends, Easter, Christmas, and New Year). These will be discussed at the time of booking.
Payment Surcharge
A 1% surcharge applies to most card payments. We do accept Amex, which carries a 1.5% surcharge.
Minors
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in cabins and on sites.
Groups
Social and sporting groups are welcome. A bond may be required, which will be specified at time of booking.
Linen
All linen is provided, except for beach towels. For stays of 7 nights or more, linen changes or extra towels will be offered.
Bunk Beds
Built-in bunks are smaller than standard sizes and may not be suitable for adults or taller children. Top bunks are not recommended for adults.
Cleaning and Incidentals
Extra cleaning or damages may incur additional charges.
Oversized vehicles
Upon check in, you will receive a boomgate code to enter and exit the park. If your vehicle is over 3.1 metres in height, please contact reception for an alternate code to use our oversized boomgate.
Visitors
Visitors are very welcome in our park. Just make sure they’re registered with reception. Whilst there’s no visitor parking inside the park, there is parking available along the entry road.
Wilful damage
Any charge for services not billed at the time of your departure and any damage or loss to our equipment in the holiday park or accommodation, which you are responsible for, will be charged to the same credit card used to pay your account. You are requested to leave the accommodation in the same condition as upon occupation. In the event your accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory state, we reserve the right to debit your credit card for extra cleaning or damage repair costs.
Photography and Video
By entering the park, guests consent to being filmed and photographed. The park may use this footage for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to, the park’s website, social media, and other advertising materials. Guests acknowledge that there is no expectation of privacy in public areas of the park, and that footage may be used indefinitely. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform park management upon arrival.
